“That
which is flexible and flowing will prosper and grow.
That which is rigid and blocked will wither and
die.”
Tao Te Ching
The saying that ‘there are no incurable diseases, only incurable
people’ is quoted often in various guises and attributed
to many famous people. This does not mean that medical practitioners
(allopathic or complementary) have the power to overcome death
when it is the person’s rightful time to die, but rather
puts emphasis on disease prevention and returns the responsibility
for health choices to the individual.
“There are no "incurable" diseases.
If you are willing to take responsibility for yourself
and your life,
you can heal yourself of anything.”
Dr. Richard Schultze
“There Are No Incurable Diseases,” reports Dr. Bernard
Jensen. “Yes, that is Right! The human body is
capable of healing itself of every disease known to man. However,
it needs our help! We must give it what it requires
to heal itself and stop interfering with its innate healing process.”
Dr D. F Smith PhD
Acupuncture practitioners who work with the classical theories
of medicine do not treat diseases; they treat the people who are
experiencing the symptoms of dis-ease using the laws of Nature,
enabling these individuals to engage with their lives in an empowered,
informed, conscious way. Death is only a disease if it comes
before its natural time: the best way to ensure a return to health
is to live health, of the body, mind and spirit.
“Vitality and beauty are gifts
of Nature for those who live according to its laws.”
Leonardo Da Vinci
